Using Outlook on a Desktop or Laptop Computer:
 

  1. Log in to your Outlook account and select the Home Tab > New Email

  2. In the Message tab, click the signature icon then selection Signatures from the dropdown menu

  3. In the Select Signature to Edit section, click the New button and name your signature

  4. Copy the entire signature below, including the image

  5. In the Edit Signature section, paste in the signature, update the name and contact information and select OK

​Using Outlook on a Tablet:
 

  1. Select and copy the entire signature below, including the image

  2. Open the Outlook app on your iPad

  3. Tap the icon in the upper left corner of the Outlook screen (it will appear as either a home icon or your Outlook profile picture)

  4. Tap the gear icon

  5. Tap signature

  6. Paste your signature and update the name and contact information

  7. Tap the < in the upper left corner of the signature screen

Using Apple Mail on an iPhone or iPad:

 

  1. Select the entire signature below and select Copy
     

  2. Go to your Settings on your iPhone/iPad > Mail > Signature
     

  3. Tap into the signature box and tap paste. It’s going to look a little strange at this point, proceed to the next step to fix the formatting
     

  4. Physically shake your iPhone/iPad – this will prompt a pop-up box that asks you if you’d like to undo Apple’s default styling that was automatically applied
     

  5. Tap Undo
     

  6. You should see your new signature when you compose a new message on your iPhone/iPad now. Update the name and contact information
     

  7. Go back to the Mail app and try sending an email from the account that you installed the signature on
